Colorado STATE PLAN FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING (SPIL):
The Statewide Independent Living Council (SILC) in collaboration with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation is required to develop a State Plan for Independent Living (SPIL) every three years. This final copy of the SPIL is being posted to provide members of the public with the information contained in the new three year plan for the State of Colorado.
