Members of the public are invited to make comments to the
SILC about agenda items or issues that affect people with
disabilities in their community (3-5 minutes each).

The Public Policy Committee will present the first set of Issue
Briefs for review of the SILC Members and seek input from the
General Membership. They will also explain the process in
which the briefs will be disseminated.

Discussion and possible Vote on RSA response regarding
ARRA funds
Discussion of and vote on the amendment of the current State
Plan as purposed to RSA, facilitated by Judy Neal.
